This Privacy Policy describes how Urban Production PR LLC ("we", "the Company" or "Urban Production PR") collects, uses, shares and protects the personal information of users ("you") when visiting urbanproductionpr.com or requesting our financial counseling and administrative support services in Puerto Rico.
1. Data controller

2. Information we collect
We collect only strictly necessary information: (a) contact details you provide (name, email, message); (b) limited technical data (truncated IP address, device type, browser language); and (c) usage data via cookies, always subject to your prior consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use your information to: respond to your requests; comply with contractual and legal obligations applicable in Puerto Rico and the United States; measure site performance; and, with your explicit consent, show you relevant advertising through Google Ads. Legal bases are pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations and your consent, as applicable.
4. Data retention
We keep form data for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies. Technical logs are kept for up to 13 months.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers acting as processors (web hosting, email, analytics) under confidentiality agreements, and with authorities when a legal obligation applies.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers are located on the U.S. mainland or in the European Union. We apply appropriate contractual safeguards to protect your data during such transfers.
7. Your rights
You may request at any time access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, as well as withdraw your consent. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacidad@urbanproductionpr.com. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
8. Minors
Our services are not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access control, backups, audit logs and regular staff training.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The "last updated" date always appears at the top of the document. When changes are significant, we will notify you by reasonable means.
11. Complaints
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations, you may file a complaint with the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO), without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
