These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the urbanproductionpr.com website (the "Site") and the counseling services offered by Urban Production PR LLC. By using the Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety.
1. Purpose
The Site provides information, resources and contact forms related to financial counseling services, administrative assistance and access to state and federal programs applicable in Puerto Rico.
2. Nature of the information
Information published is general in nature. It does not constitute personalized legal, tax or financial advice. A tailored recommendation requires a formal consultation with one of our advisors.
3. Eligibility and accuracy
By requesting our services, you declare that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract and provide truthful, accurate and updated information. Urban Production PR LLC reserves the right to refuse or suspend service when information is inaccurate or behavior is unlawful.
4. Intellectual property
All Site content (text, images, trademarks, logos, code) is protected by intellectual property law applicable in Puerto Rico and the United States. Reproduction in whole or in part without prior written authorization is prohibited, except for lawful personal use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent or defamatory purposes or to infringe third-party rights. Accessing restricted areas, interfering with security or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to external sites (e.g., FEMA, HUD, USDA, PR Treasury Department). These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Urban Production PR LLC is not responsible for third-party content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Production PR LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the Site. Total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the prior twelve (12) months.
8. Fees and refunds
Initial Site consultations are free. Any additional paid service is governed by a written proposal accepted by you, including fees, scope and refund terms.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The current version is posted on this page with its update date. If changes affect essential rights, we will notify you by reasonable means.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Court of First Instance, San Juan Chamber, unless a different mandatory rule applies.
